1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Delimr, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not accept these rules, please do not use the system.

2. Your Account

To use Delimr, you must set up a secure account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

3. Use of the Platform

Delimr is a tool designed for Boundary Protection and Revenue Recovery. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose: identifying unplanned work and reaching an agreement with your clients. You must not use the platform for any illegal activities or to try and bypass our subscription rules.

4. Unplanned Work & Consensus

Delimr provides tools to identify Unplanned Work (requests that go beyond your initial agreement). Our Consensus Links are professional communication tools.

While our system helps you reach an agreement, you remain the final authority on all client negotiations. Delimr provides the evidence, but it does not replace your professional judgment or your legal contracts.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to our professional tools requires an active subscription or lifetime access.

• Global Payments: Processed securely via PayPal.
• Domestic Payments (India): Handled via manual verification to comply with local regulations.
• Fees: Non-refundable for digital access, unless required by law.

6. Data Ownership

Your Data: You own all project data, logs, and client communications you create within your account.

Our System: Delimr owns all code, designs, and intellectual property associated with the platform. You are granted a license to use these tools for your professional practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Delimr provides its platform "as is." We are not liable for any financial losses, client disputes, or data issues resulting from your use of the platform. We are a tool to help your practice, not a guarantee of payment from your clients.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or attempt to harm the integrity of the platform.
